These terms relate to use of the website. Separate terms apply to the purchase of products and vehicle hire. Vehicle hire is subject to RSQ Australia's applicable Vehicle Hire Agreement, which is provided separately as part of the hire process.

Any vehicle hire is subject to availability, acceptance by RSQ Australia and execution of the applicable Vehicle Hire Agreement.

5. Prices and GST
Prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars.
Unless otherwise stated, RSQ Australia's selling prices are GST inclusive where GST applies. The website may allow you to switch between GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive price displays for convenience.
Where Incl. GST is selected, the displayed price includes applicable GST.
Where Excl. GST is selected, the displayed price excludes applicable GST. GST will be identified and included in the applicable transaction total before payment where required.
Changing the website price display between GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive does not change the underlying selling price of the product.
Some products may be displayed without a price or as requiring a quotation. In those cases, the applicable price will be provided by RSQ Australia as part of the quotation process.
Prices and product information may change from time to time.
A website pricing or data error does not require RSQ Australia to supply goods at an obviously incorrect price where applicable law permits the error to be corrected.
Additional charges such as freight, delivery or other agreed services may apply and will be displayed or communicated where applicable.

Submission of a quotation request does not constitute acceptance by RSQ Australia of an order.

A quotation issued by RSQ Australia may be subject to:

applicable RSQ Australia terms and conditions;

Where there is an inconsistency between general website information and a specific written quotation or agreement issued by RSQ Australia, the specific quotation or agreement will apply to that transaction to the extent of the inconsistency.

For products that are made to order, purchased on order or permitted to be sold when current stock is zero, availability wording or estimated lead times may be displayed.
Lead times are estimates unless RSQ Australia expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
